Women International Grandmaster Bela Khotenashvili, Was born in Telavi, Georgia on the1st of June,1988.
She was World Champion Under 16 (Girls), in 2004. In 2007 she earned the title of women grandmaster.
In 2009 Bela won the international women open Maia Chiburdanidze Cup. Since 2009 she is a Georgian National team member.
She was second with the Georgian national team in the European Women team championship 2009 and again was third In the Chess Olympiad 2010.
She was third in the World women team championship 2011. Current Georgian women champion.2012.
She finished Tbilisi State University (Ivane Javakhishvili) and now is studing at Tbilisi Technical University.
